Coinbtce occasionally receives requests for customer information from law enforcement agencies around the world. This information provides you and law enforcement with information about how we handle these requests.
Law enforcement agencies are generally interested in two types of data: information about a customer's identity and information about their trading activity. We actively cooperate with law enforcement and only respond to requests from authorized law enforcement officials who can provide proof of authorization.
We disclose account information records to international law enforcement authorities in accordance with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
Coinbtce requires that law enforcement requests be accompanied by appropriate legal process in order for us to provide the information we disclose.
Coinbtce welcomes inquiries from law enforcement agencies regarding its policies and procedures. Please contact us at Coinbtce159@amail.com.
When sending a law enforcement request, please include the following information:
Name of the law enforcement agency;
Documentary document proving the law enforcement officer is authorized to access the information (proof of authorization);
